April Boy Regino or Dennis Regino is one of the famous jukebox kings of the OPM industry in the early 1990'. His hits include "Esperanza","Di ko kayang tanggapin" and "Pa'no ang Puso ko".
April Boy was once a member of a singing group called April Boys.This group members are the Regino Siblings whom he left in 1995 to pursue a solo career. Last year, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and decided to have his treatments abroad. Now he is no longer in a severe condition as his condition is making significant progress.He was last seen on television on TV5's "Will Time Big Time" to promote his upcoming album performed with his son.
